We Ship Across Australia
It’s our pleasure to serve best logistic experience to our customers. We ship our products from our large network of warehouses. Our suppliers have partnered with reputed companies like EMS, UPS, DHL, ePacket, FedEx and more, for deliveries across the world.

Shipping Time
Total shipping time is made up of two parts 1.Order Processing time and 2.Actual time it takes to reach to customer’s address, once the product is shipped from the warehouse. As you can appreciate, total shipping time varies for different locations within the same country.
Where possible and depending upon how busy our warehouses are, our best effort Order Processing time can take anywhere between 2 to 5 business days from the date of order. The shipping time is another 3 to 10 days (estimate only, excl. order processing time)
Tracking Information
Of course you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping, but there is nothing to worry about if that happens.
Also to note that sometimes we do face system integration issues with logistics companies and in such rare event, you may not receive a tracking number. In any such event, feel free to please contact us and one of our friendly operations staff member will get back to you
